This French Vanilla Raspberry Vodka Bliss Cocktail is by far one of my favorites around the holiday season. The flavor works perfectly for pairing with other holiday dishes. The best part, it's super simple to make and you only use a few ingredients. I like to spend as little time in the kitchen and cocktail station as possible, so during the holidays, I like to use simple but tasty recipes so that I may have more time visiting with family and friends. Now, I made this lovely cocktail with Chopin Vodka which is one of my favorites. This vodka as you may have heard me mention in past posts is made from potatoes and I find it to be simply amazingly smooth with no harsh after taste. This cocktail can be altered very quickly by simply changing your yogurt flavor and fruit choice. I have made a peach and strawberry. You can make this drink in advance and place it in the fridge before your guest arrive and set up all your garnishes at your cocktail station and bring out when your ready. Raspberries and Raspberry Ghirardelli Chocolate for garnish
Begin by mixing your ice, vodka and french vanilla yogurt in your blender until ice is crushed. If you want the Raspberry flavor you will want to add a handful of Raspberries to your blender. You can also add 2 tablespoons of cool whip for a sweeter slightly thicker drink. Once you have mixed in your items you will want to shave some of your chocolate for garnish and top it off with Reddi Wip. Note: I have also made them without the cool whip and Reddi Wip topping and its just as good. I think it depends on your event and what mood your in. Now you are ready to serve and garnish with a Raspberry!
