may call for a boozy Malibu
& Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Float! I kinda stumbled upon this amazingly tasty float by accident, but let me first start by telling you the story behind my love of "RUM". I'm not a big drinker so when I do, I like it to be a sweet treat! Last time I traveled to Puerto Rico I had the pleasure of visiting and touring the Bacardi Factory
. Now these people know how to welcome their guests! Not only do they have a fully decked out bar, Bacardi gift shop but also a guided tour of their facility. You can even have your photo taken with the Bacardi logo to remember your fun experience. You can also enjoy the tasting tour where you can sample all of their new flavors and specialized drinks, AMAZING! You must be 21
to partake in all these fun activities of course. They even offer a mixology class where they teach you how to prepare some of their legendary cocktails. WHAT??!!! Where do I sign up. Now back to this simple yet tasty float. I had just made a Malibu and Coke and was sitting at the table when my little one decided not to finish her ice cream. Being the lover of chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream I am I could not let it go to waste. WALA and just like that a yummy float was born! I love hosting and having little gatherings at the house especially in the summer, since we are often poolside. There is nothing better than having a few friends over for a laid back and casual get together.

I know it's only January but hey a girl can dream of summer right!
