Happy Valentine’s Day! I wanted to come up with a quick and simple card just in time for the special day. Please note, I wanted to post this days ago however my little one has been sick for the last 3 days. Sometimes “MOM LIFE” takes over and you just have to do the very best job you can to do it all. She is doing much better today. Hope you will enjoy these lovely cards as much as I do! Now back to one of my all time favorite candies “SMARTIES“! You may remember that I received an amazing box of goodies a bit ago. Did you know that Smarties are gluten free, peanut-free, dairy-free? So no need to worry! As many of you know and have heard me go on and on about them it was no surprise that I would design a few quick and simple Valentine’s Day cards to share. Here are the two cards I came up with, “Be a SMARTIE and LOVE on me” and “Let’s LOVE on each other like the SMARTIES we know we are. You can’t go wrong with a message from the “Heart”! Did you guys see what I did there? LOL

- Canon Pixma MG7720
- Candy – Smarties
- Pink Card stock – Michaels
- Double Sided Tape – Joann
- Heart Shape Cards – Download Design – HERE
Begin by opening and downloading your Design in Silhouette Studio located in your Library.
Then make sure to download the heart shape card design.
Once you have done that open up your design in your design window.
You will want to make any changes at this time. You can change the font and or color as well as the size.
Now you will want to send your design to your print and cut window.
Then you will want to send your design to your printer to print your design.
Next you will now want to load your card stock into your silhouette and select the proper cut settings.
Once your designs have been cut you will want to use your double sided tape to glue your Smarties onto your Heart shaped card.
Now Be a Smartie and share your LOVE with all!
*Note – If you do not have a cutting machine simply print out the heart shaped and cut it out with scissors and attach your Smarties.
What was one of the best Valentine’s you ever received as a kid?
